In line with our dedication to customer satisfaction, we offer a 14-day return policy from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a refund, the item must remain in the same condition as it was delivered. For hygiene reasons, we regretfully cannot accept returns of underwear that has been opened, used, or washed. Returned products must be in their original condition, with tags intact and the packaging unopened.
To assist our valued customers in selecting the perfect fit and style, we encourage the use of the size chart available on our website. Our underwear is available in various fabrics and styles to cater to individual preferences. Should you need to initiate a return, please email return@sosamartin.com with a scanned copy of your receipt and the reason for return. Rest assured, refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days upon receipt of the returned item, ensuring a hassle-free experience for our customers.

To qualify for an exchange, please ensure that the garment remains in its original condition, with tags attached and the packaging unopened, as we are unable to accept items that have been used or opened.
To initiate an exchange, simply send an email to return@sosamartin.com with the subject line "Exchange," specifying the item you wish to exchange for, including details such as size, color, or style. If the item you desire is of a different value, we recommend returning the original item to us. Once the return is processed and accepted, you can proceed to purchase the new item from our website. We will provide you with detailed return instructions via email to ensure a smooth exchange process.
Refund

Your refund will be issued to your original payment method, although please be aware that it may take up to 10 business days for banks to post the funds.
