- Hygiene Policy: Due to hygiene standards, opened or worn underwear (boxers) cannot be returned.

International Orders – What You Need to Know
We aim to provide a seamless shopping experience for our international customers. Please review the following important details regarding your order:
- Processing & Delivery: Orders are typically dispatched within 1–2 business days, with delivery times stated in business days.
- Free Shipping: Enjoy FREE shipping on orders over ZAR 5,050 to South Africa and £200 to the United Kingdom.
- Courier Delays: While we strive for timely deliveries, occasional delays may occur due to courier service disruptions, especially during peak periods. Unfortunately, these are beyond our control, but our estimated delivery times remain highly reliable.
- Taxes & Duties: No additional taxes are calculated at checkout for South Africa and the UK. However, some countries may impose import duties if an order exceeds a certain value. These fees are government-imposed and beyond our control, and the customer is responsible for any such charges.
- Unclaimed/Refused Parcels: If a parcel is not claimed or refused by the recipient, the courier will attempt re-delivery. If unsuccessful, the parcel may be abandoned or destroyed by authorities, and no refunds will be issued. If we can return the parcel, the return shipping cost will be deducted from the refund.
